- Step 2: In a skillet, cook sliced onion in a bit of bacon drippings until soft and golden.
- Step 3: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cooked onions, and half the bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 4: Layer tomatoes into the pre-baked pie crust. Spread the creamy cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining bacon.
- Step 5: Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
