- Step 1: Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear steak 3–4 minutes per side or until medium-rare. Let rest, then slice thinly.
- Step 2: In the same pan, melt butter and stir in black garlic paste until combined.
- Step 3: Lightly toast croissant halves in a pan or toaster oven.
- Step 4: Layer brie slices on bottom halves, then add warm steak and drizzle with black garlic butter. Top with croissant lids.
- Step 5: Place assembled croissants in a warm oven (350°F / 175°C) for 3–5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
