- Step 1: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl or on a platter, layer the greens, avocado slices, blackberries, red onion, goat cheese or feta, and toasted pecans.
- Step 3: Drizzle the honey lemon vinaigrette over the salad just before serving. Finish with freshly cracked black pepper.
