Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices artisan bread sourdough or rustic white
  • 6–8 oz brie cheese sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp butter softened
  • fresh thyme leaves optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: On two slices of bread, layer brie, blackberries (gently smashed), and a light drizzle of balsamic glaze. Top with remaining slices.
  2. Step 2: Butter the outsides of each sandwich. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Step 3: Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and brie is melted.
  4. Step 4: Slice and serve warm, garnished with extra blackberries, thyme, and a balsamic drizzle.
