Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss wings in oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 35–40 minutes or air fry until crispy.
  2. Step 2: In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic powder, and grated ginger. Simmer for 5–6 minutes until thickened slightly.
  3. Step 3: In a hot skillet, sear pineapple chunks until caramelized and lightly browned, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Toss cooked wings with the sauce and caramelized pineapple. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
