- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss wings in oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 35–40 minutes or air fry until crispy.
- Step 2: In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic powder, and grated ginger. Simmer for 5–6 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Step 3: In a hot skillet, sear pineapple chunks until caramelized and lightly browned, about 2–3 minutes.
- Step 4: Toss cooked wings with the sauce and caramelized pineapple. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
