- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Chicken broth
- 1/4 Cup Heavy cream
- 1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 Brioche or hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks, about 5-6 minutes.
Sauté Veggies: Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
