Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas not overripe
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • optional add-ins peanut butter chips, crushed graham crackers, caramel drizzle
  • heavy-duty aluminum foil for wrapping

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Leave the peel on and slice each banana lengthwise down the center, being careful not to cut all the way through. Gently open and stuff with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  2. Step 2: Place each banana on a foil sheet and wrap snugly.
  3. Step 3: Grill over campfire coals or on a grate for 8–10 minutes, until chocolate is melted and marshmallows are soft and toasty.
  4. Step 4: Carefully open foil, let cool slightly, and dig in with a spoon!

Notes
