- Step 1: Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain.
- Step 2: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
- Step 3: Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
- Step 4: Add cooked ravioli and reserved pasta water. Toss to combine and coat everything evenly.
- Step 5: Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper if using. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
