- Step 1: Prep Filling: In a bowl, mix chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Step 2: Cut Pastry: Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.
- Step 3: Fill & Fold: Spoon the chicken filling into the center of each square. Fold diagonally into triangles and seal edges with a fork.
- Step 4: Brush & Bake: Brush tops with beaten egg. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes or until golden and puffy.
- Step 5: Serve Warm: Sprinkle with extra parsley and enjoy!
