Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French baguette or Italian bread halved lengthwise
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment if desired.
  2. Step 2: Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush onto the cut sides of the bread.
  3. Step 3: Bake bread for 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  4. Step 4: Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over toasted bread. Top with diced chicken and shredded mozzarella.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Step 6: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
