Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups Cooked shredded chicken rotisserie works great
  • 1 Ripe avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp Olive oil or butter for toasting

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Lay tortillas flat and divide the shredded chicken evenly between them.
  2. Step 2: Top each with sliced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  4. Step 4: Roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito, folding in the sides as you go.
  5. Step 5: Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toast burritos seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Step 6: Slice in half and serve warm. Garnish with extra cilantro if desired.
