Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Strips

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped cilantro for garnish
  • lime wedges for serving

Optional Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, zest, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss with chicken tenders and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2: Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  • Step 3: In a small bowl, stir together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and sriracha to make the dipping sauce.
  • Step 4: Plate the grilled chicken, garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Serve with the dipping sauce.

Notes

Marinate longer for even more flavor. Great with rice, grilled veggies, or tucked into tacos!
