Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Strips
  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped cilantro for garnish
  • lime wedges for serving
Optional Dipping Sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, zest, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss with chicken tenders and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, stir together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and sriracha to make the dipping sauce.
  4. Step 4: Plate the grilled chicken, garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Serve with the dipping sauce.
