  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked according to package instructions
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce adjust to heat preference
  • 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until well combined and creamy.
  3. Step 3: In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread a small amount of the chicken mixture on the bottom. Add a layer of 3 lasagna noodles, a third of the chicken mixture, then sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar. Repeat for 2 more layers. Top with remaining mozzarella, cheddar, and all of the Parmesan.
  4. Step 4: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
