Step 1: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in oil and butter until golden. Remove and set aside.
Step 2: In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1–2 minutes. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Step 3: Stir in spinach and let wilt. Return chicken to the pan and simmer until cooked through.
Step 4: Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat in sauce.
Step 5: Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
Notes
You can substitute half-and-half for heavy cream for a lighter version. Add mushrooms or peas for variety.
