Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until well coated.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4: Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
Step 5: Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6: Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with dip and lemon wedges if desired.
