Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, optional for garnish
  • Greek yogurt or ranch dip for serving
  • lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until well coated.
  • Step 3: In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  • Step 5: Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Step 6: Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  • Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with dip and lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

Want to make it spicy? Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes to the seasoning mix. These bites are also great in wraps, grain bowls, or as a game-day snack.
