Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Step 2: Whisk together Dijon, honey, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Place chicken in dish, pour sauce over, and turn to coat evenly.
  4. Step 4: Cover and bake 25–30 minutes. Uncover and broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize.
  5. Step 5: Spoon pan sauce over chicken and garnish with fresh thyme.
