- Step 1: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Step 2: Whisk together Dijon, honey, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Place chicken in dish, pour sauce over, and turn to coat evenly.
- Step 4: Cover and bake 25–30 minutes. Uncover and broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize.
- Step 5: Spoon pan sauce over chicken and garnish with fresh thyme.
