Ingredients

For the Chicken Bites
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
For the Pasta
  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Saucepan
  • Pasta Pot
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Step 1: Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Step 4: In the same skillet, reduce heat. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.
  5. Step 5: In a separate saucepan, melt butter. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan and cook until melted and sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Step 6: Toss cooked pasta with the creamy sauce. Serve in bowls topped with garlic butter chicken bites and chopped parsley.
