Mini meatloaves packed with savory garlic, melty parmesan, and juicy beef—topped with a rich glaze and finished with fresh parsley for that perfect home-cooked bite!
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until just combined—do not overwork the meat.
Step 3: Form the mixture into 4–5 small loaves and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon the glaze over each mini loaf.
Step 5: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Step 6: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
Swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken if you like. These mini loaves also freeze well—just cool completely and wrap individually before freezing.
