- Step 1: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate 30 mins–4 hours.
- Step 2: Grill or pan-sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. (Or thread onto skewers and grill kebab-style.)
- Step 3: Mix all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
- Step 4: Serve chicken in warm pita or on skewers, topped with tzatziki and fresh toppings.
