- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 2: Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion alternately onto skewers.
- Step 3: Grill on medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Step 4: Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot with rice, tortillas, or salad.
