- Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic. Drain any excess grease. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Step 3: In a greased 9x13" baking dish, layer cooked beef mixture, green beans, soup mixture, and both cheeses. Repeat layers if using a deeper dish.
- Step 4: Top with crispy fried onions in an even layer.
- Step 5: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with golden edges.
- Step 6: Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
