- Step 1: In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onion and garlic over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Step 2: Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, potatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
