- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and black pepper.
- Step 2: Place chicken thighs skin side up in a slow cooker. Pour sauce over the chicken.
- Step 3: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Step 4 (Optional): Transfer sauce to a saucepan. Stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened.
- Step 5: Serve chicken with thickened sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
