These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups are a low-carb, cheesy twist on the classic sandwich—made with melted mozzarella wraps and a creamy beef filling. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or meal prep!
Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion and bell pepper until the beef is browned and vegetables are softened. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Remove from heat.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place mozzarella slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5–6 minutes, or until melted and flexible (but not browned).
Step 3: Add spoonfuls of the beef mixture to each melted cheese slice. Gently roll up each slice to form roll-ups.
Step 4: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top of the roll-ups and bake for another 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
