Ingredients
  

  • 4 Salmon fillets skinless or skin-on
  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter melted
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 Foil sheets large pieces for baking

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut 4 large foil sheets and lay flat.
  2. Step 2: Place trimmed asparagus in the center of each foil sheet. Top with a salmon fillet.
  3. Step 3: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spoon evenly over each salmon fillet.
  4. Step 4: Top each salmon with lemon slices and fold foil to seal tightly into packets.
  5. Step 5: Place foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes. For a golden finish, open foil and broil for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Carefully open packets, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes
