  • 4 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
Topping
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • fresh chives chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Step 3: Fold in shredded chicken until evenly coated. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  4. Step 4: In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole. Top with crumbled bacon.
  5. Step 5: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Step 6: Garnish with fresh chives and serve warm. Enjoy!
