Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, mix ground beef, uncooked rice, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, stir together tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce over medium heat.
  3. Step 3: Gently add the meatballs to the sauce. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 45–50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Step 4: Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
