This One-Pot Beef Bowtie Pasta is a quick and hearty dinner made with ground beef, bowtie pasta, tomatoes, and Italian herbs—all simmered in one pot for easy cleanup and maximum flavor.
Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Step 2: Add garlic and ground beef. Break it apart as it browns. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
Step 3: Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes (with juices), and marinara sauce. Mix well.
Step 4: Add uncooked bowtie pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened.
Step 5: Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
You can add shredded mozzarella or Parmesan at the end for a cheesy twist. This recipe also works great with ground turkey or Italian sausage if desired.
