  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Step 2: In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 3: Brush both sides of the pork chops with olive oil. Dredge each chop in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Step 4: Place coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp should reach 145°F).
  • Step 5: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For a crunchier topping, switch to panko breadcrumbs. These pork chops pair well with mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, or a crisp side salad.
