Ingredients
  

  • 2 Can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ Tbsp salt
  • ½ Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ Cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Extra Parmesan for topping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
    Cut into small squares (about 1-2 inches each).

Add the Cheese & Seasoning:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    Brush the dough squares lightly with the garlic butter mixture.
    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough pieces.

Bake Until Golden:

  • Arrange the squares on a lined baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
    Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Finish with Parmesan & Serve:

  • While warm, brush again with a bit of garlic butter.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce!
