Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes baked and hollowed
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits crispy
  • chopped green onions optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake russet potatoes for 45–60 minutes until fork-tender. Let cool slightly, then scoop out centers, leaving thick walls.
  2. Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Step 3: Fill each baked potato with seasoned beef. Drizzle ranch dressing inside and top generously with shredded cheddar and bacon bits.
  4. Step 4: Return stuffed potatoes to oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  5. Step 5: Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
