This bold and savory Shrimp and Steak Teriyaki Noodle dish is the perfect fusion of surf and turf tossed in a rich homemade teriyaki sauce. A quick, flavor-packed dinner ready in just 30 minutes!
Step 1: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 4: Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to skillet. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side, until pink and fully cooked.
Step 5: Add cooked noodles, steak, and teriyaki sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
