Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice the sourdough in a crosshatch pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Carefully stuff the cheese mixture into the cuts of the bread. Tuck bacon crumbles and jalapeño slices throughout.
- Transfer to prepared tray and bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and bread edges are golden brown.
- Top with chopped herbs if using. Serve warm and enjoy by pulling apart pieces!
