- Step 1: Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Step 3: Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 4: Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well. If a thicker sauce is desired, stir in the optional cornstarch slurry.
- Step 5: Toss in the cooked rice noodles and stir fry for 2–3 minutes until noodles are heated through and evenly coated.
- Step 6: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of crushed red pepper or a drizzle of chili oil. Swap ground beef for ground chicken or turkey if preferred.
