Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz wide rice noodles or fettuccine
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2: In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Step 3: Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Step 4: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  • Step 5: Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by using more or less sriracha. You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for a variation. Leftovers reheat well for lunch the next day.
