- Step 1: Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Step 3: Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Step 4: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
- Step 5: Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
Adjust the spice level by using more or less sriracha. You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for a variation. Leftovers reheat well for lunch the next day.
