Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to heat preference
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 fresh jalapeños thinly sliced
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • chopped green onions and fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until lightly browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Add bell peppers and garlic. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  3. Step 3: Stir in soy sauce, hoisin, and sriracha. Toss to coat chicken and peppers evenly in the spicy glaze.
  4. Step 4: Remove from heat and top with fresh jalapeño slices, chopped green onions, and cilantro.
  5. Step 5: Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal!

Notes
