Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 2 salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for searing
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 2 green onions sliced
For the Spicy Mayo
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and sriracha. Add salmon fillets and coat well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through. Set aside to rest.
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to make spicy mayo. Stir until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Divide rice into two bowls. Top with cooked salmon, cucumber slices, and green onions. Drizzle with spicy mayo. Serve immediately.

Notes
