Step 1: In a bowl, combine ground meat, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 2: Scoop a portion of meat mixture, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and form into a ball around it. Repeat until all meatballs are formed.
Step 3: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes or pan-fry in olive oil until browned and cooked through.
Step 4: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot, with marinara sauce or on their own.
