Instructions
Step 1:
In a mixing bowl, toss together strawberries, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Step 2:
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mix and sprinkle with salt.
Step 3:
Let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips, over grilled chicken, or in tacos. Adjust heat level by using more or less jalapeño.
