  • 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • salt pinch

Method
