Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • salt pinch

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a mixing bowl, toss together strawberries, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  • Step 2: Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mix and sprinkle with salt.
  • Step 3: Let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, over grilled chicken, or in tacos. Adjust heat level by using more or less jalapeño.
