Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb steak flank, skirt, or sirloin; cooked and sliced
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika to season
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • fresh parsley or cilantro chopped, for garnish
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp finely diced onion optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Season shrimp and steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sear shrimp in olive oil until pink and lightly charred. Grill or pan-sear steak to preferred doneness, let rest, and slice thinly.
  2. Step 2: Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in diced onion if using to make guacamole.
  3. Step 3: Warm tortillas. Spread a layer of guacamole down the center of each tortilla, then add sliced steak and shrimp. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro.
  4. Step 4: Fold into wraps and serve warm. For extra texture, toast the wrapped tortillas briefly in a hot skillet until lightly crisped.
