- Step 2: Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in diced onion if using to make guacamole.
- Step 3: Warm tortillas. Spread a layer of guacamole down the center of each tortilla, then add sliced steak and shrimp. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro.
- Step 4: Fold into wraps and serve warm. For extra texture, toast the wrapped tortillas briefly in a hot skillet until lightly crisped.
