- Step 1: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and cook until well combined.
- Step 2: Stir in cooked rice, drained black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Step 3: Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Step 4: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 5: Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
