Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 20–25 slices mini pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • crushed red pepper flakes optional, for heat

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Boil tortellini according to package directions just until tender. Drain well.
  3. Step 3: Toss cooked tortellini with marinara sauce and spread evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Step 4: Top with shredded mozzarella, mini pepperoni slices, and Italian seasoning. Add red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Step 5: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
