- Step 1: Slice watermelon into fry-like sticks and arrange on a plate or tray.
- Step 2: Sprinkle with lime zest, juice, a light pinch of chili powder (if using), and sea salt. Chill until ready to serve.
- Step 3: In a small bowl, mix yogurt, shredded coconut, lime juice, lime zest, and optional honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Step 4: Garnish dip with extra lime zest if desired. Serve chilled with watermelon fries.
