- Step 1: Boil rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking and cool down quickly.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, diced zucchini, olives, red onion, crumbled feta, and parsley.
- Step 3: Pour in Italian dressing. Toss well until all ingredients are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 4: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
