  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

For Garnish

  • fresh parsley chopped
  • lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  • Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  • Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, and garlic.
  • Step 4: Place seared pork chops in a baking dish. Pour honey mustard sauce over the top, coating each piece evenly.
  • Step 5: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), spooning sauce over the chops halfway through baking.
  • Step 6: Garnish with parsley and lemon slices. Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.

Notes

For extra caramelization, broil the pork chops for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking. This dish pairs perfectly with garlic green beans, mashed cauliflower, or roasted potatoes.
